& District Facilities Reconfiguration Projects

Saint Peter High School Ground Breaking Ceremony - October 19, 2015

While site grading crews have had about a week head start, an official groundbreaking ceremony was held Monday afternoon at the new Saint Peter High School building site.

Saint Peter School District administrators, school board members, staff and students were on hand along with City of St. Peter officials and city council members to throw the first shovels full of dirt. The entire project is a joint effort between the school and city.

March 10 Facilities Bond Referendum Passes

On March 10, 2015 voters in the school district residents passed a $58,595,000 bond referendum to build a new Saint Peter High School (grades 9-12), repurpose South Elementary into a K-1 building, North Intermediate into a 2-4 building, and the current middle/high school into a middle school (grades 5-8) and early childhood programming.

The bond referendum provides funds to Saint Peter Public Schools to meet it commitment to the Saint Peter Community for educational excellence through innovation, renovation and collaboration.
