Themes and Units

The units/themes used physical education are carefully developed and chosen to promote children's enjoyment and participation of moderate to vigorous physical activity, fitness development and social learning.  The units/themes are developmental (meaning the first grade units build off of the kindergarten units, etc.) and if a child has not achieved a skill at the designated grade level, he/she will be afforded an opportunity and guidance to work on and accomplish it at the next grade level.
