Hi! My name is Elizabeth "Bits" Bakalyar. This is my third year of teaching at South Elementary. I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College.  In teaching, it is my philosophy to provide kids with an environment that makes them feel valued and gets them excited about learning.  Aside from teaching, I also like to read, write, go hiking, play tennis and cook.
