I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I have been teaching kindergarten for fifteen years. Kindergarten is where my heart is. I graduated from Mankato State University with a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education. I later received my kindergarten endorsement and went back to school for a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

St. Peter has been home to me since tenth grade. I am married, have three children and one very special Grandson named Wyatt.

I enjoy cooking, reading, knitting and antiquing.

I love my job. Being around 5 and 6 year olds keeps me young. The rewards are many and knowing I walk in and out of many worlds gives me a sense of great responsibility and the importance of making a difference in their lives.
