Welcome to Reading Intervention!

I am excited to work with Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders at South! We will spend a lot of time working hard to improve literacy skills! Before coming to South, I worked as a Reading Intervention teacher in Mankato and taught for MSU-Mankato. I have also taught 1st grade, 4th grade and preschool in Iowa and Illinois.

I have a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Leadership with a Reading Endorsement from Upper Iowa University and have a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Specialty from the University of Iowa.
