At the end of the class period the teacher will go through the poses with the class and check for level of mastery of each pose.

Yoga mats/blocks

The teacher must find 8 yoga pose videos and create QR codes from these videos

 

At a minimum there should be one iPad at each QR code.  If students have their own device they may take that with them from station to station.

 

Yoga mats and blocks should be given to each student depending on where the class is taking place.

Demonstrate how to use a QR scanner.

·         Open the QR scanner app
·         Place the camera over the QR code
·         The QR code will automatically direct the iPad to the correct video

Place students into groups depending on class size.

·         Be sure each group has at least 1 iPad
·         Each student should have their own yoga mat
·         Your group will have 5 minutes at each station to follow the video and practice the pose.
·         Listen for the teacher’s cue to move to the next station

 

Have QR codes already spread out across the physical education classroom.

 

 

Allow for 1 minute to rotate between each station
