7th Grade Band meets every other day for the entire school year. We will learn a variety of music that continues to challenge band students to help them progress into fine musicians. The 7th grade band will perform several public concerts throughout the school year.

Band students will also receive instruction on their instrument in small group lessons which will meet for 20 minutes each week.

Band grades are based heavily on lesson preparation and performance. Other factors included in the band grade include rehearsal and concert participation, cooperation, memorized scales, and written tests on musical knowledge.
