Driver Education Information

Here at St. Peter High School driver education is taught year round. The classroom portion of Driver Ed usually meets for 3 hours per session on Saturday mornings during the school year and on weekdays in the summer during the month of June. Students are required to complete 10 sessions for a total of 30 hours. Driver Education sign up takes place in the High School media center.

Once you successfully complete your Driver Education classroom and are at least 15 years old, you are eligible to take your written permit test.

After you have passed your permit test and receive your permit, you are legal to drive with a licensed adult. This is also the time to line up Behind the Wheel(BTW) hours with a certified instructor. I would be happy to arrange driving times with you. To do this please see me in school or contact me via any of the methods below.
