Welcome everyone!
My name is Scott Robinson and this is my fifth year teaching at North Intermediate School. I have taught 3rd grade for the past 4 years at North. However, this year I will be teaching academic enrichment (AE) and serving as a teacher on special assignment (TOSA). With regard to AE, I believe in creating a learning environment in which children can feel confident to take risks and develop their independence. As a TOSA, my responsibilities include: mentoring teaching fellows, supervising teacher canadates, and overseeing the placment of practicum students.
A little about myself, I received my degree in elementary education from Minnesota State University - Mankato. I am currently completing my Master's Degree in Teaching and Learning at MSU as well. My hobbies include motorcycling, traveling and simply enjoying the great outdoors. I look forward to working with you in order to help your child reach for the stars!
