Thomas Francis South Elementary Insert your photo here. 507-934-2754 ext. 269 Hello my name is Thomas Francis. I have been an elementary teacher for 30 years. I am a graduate of Bemidji State University. I have a Masters in Education from Mankato State University. I grew up in Austin, Minnesota where my parents still reside. I have a brother who teaches in Janesville, Minnesota. I like to do many outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, camping, canoeing, and golfing. I am looking forward to the new school year coming up. Thank you!!
