Dear Saint Peter Public Schools Families,
This will be a year that is talked about for decades to come. It will be studied by historians, and learned about in future classrooms--- and we are all a part of that history. I am hopeful that future students will learn about how the community came together to support each other. How schools made sure children had access to food, to technology, to internet services. How we all did our part to ensure the health and safety of others.
Much progress has been made toward mitigating the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Vaccinations are now available for those age 12 and up. With lower case numbers and higher vaccination rates, the protocols and procedures are becoming less restrictive.
COVID-19 is still active in the community, however, and we continue to keep the health and safety of our students and staff as a top priority. There will be COVID-19 protocols during our summer programming. Please review the Summer 2021 COVID Guidance.
Working together, we can continue to make progress toward the mitigation of the spread of COVID-19 in our schools, and our community.
