Smith College Book Award winner

(ABOVE) SPHS junior Keira Dunn recently was presented with Smith College's Book Award from SPHS English teacher Paulette Topel, SPHS Counselor Regina Sirianni and SPHS Principal Annette Engeldinger on behalf of the Minnesota alumni of Smith College (Northampton, Mass.)

Saint Peter High School junior Keira Dunn recently received Smith College (Northhampton, Mass.) Book Award during a presentation with SPHS Principal Annette Engeldinger, SPHS English teacher Paulette Topel and SPHS Counselor Regina Sirianni. They presented Dunn with a certificate and a copy of the novel, The Book of Form and Emptiness, by Ruth Ozeki. 

Smith College's Book Award program recognizes an outstanding Junior in your school’s community who exemplifies the academic achievement, leadership qualities and civic engagement that characterize the thousands of women who have graduated from Smith College. The student embodies these qualities and serves as an example of scholarship and community service.
