The Saint Peter High School Knowledge Bowl team had another strong showing on Wednesday (Feb. 4) at a meet at Fitzgerald Middle School in Mankato. SPHS, coached by Dr. Chris Harmes, had three of its teams placed in the top five out of the 30 teams participating in the meet.

The SPHS Indigo team of John Schueler, Micah Stoll, Amar Daidzic, and Sam Barnick won the event while the Neon Slate foursome of Elijah Cherland Narum, Lily Filand, Sada Harmes, and Matthew Timmerman placed third. The Caput Mortuum team of Roan Gerstbauer, Ethan Borowy, and Sam Szybnski placed fifth to round out the top-five finishers.
The Saints also had the Fuschia team (Robin Hibscher, June Elias, and Addie Letts) place 10th and the Magenta team (Jacob Horstmann, Sam Baxa, Ahna Herron, and Rahaf Salim) placed 12th out of the 30 teams competing at Mankato.
