During the November 3rd general election in Minnesota, voters will see the Permanent School Fund question on their ballots.
The Permanent School Fund was established in 1858, when Minnesota became a state, as a way to support public education through revenues generated from school trust lands and investments held for the benefit of Minnesota students.
