Second grade students at North Elementary recently had a paper chain contest in STEAM class, under the guidance of their instructor Rachael Schweigert. The challenge was to make the longest paper chain possible using only one piece of paper. Award winners are pictured above!
The following are the finalists for each class:
1st Place - (117 inches) -Wrenleigh Frey-Anderson and Giannah Danielson (Schmidtke)
2nd Place - (107 inches) Romeo Vetter and Myar Salim (Schmidtke)
3rd Place (tie) - (97 inches) Sofia Coates and Mateo Juarez (Lenhoff)
3rd Place (tie) - (97 inches) Raina Zarrett and Sophia Brooks (Robinson)
