Saint Peter High School seniors Sada Harmes and Elijah Cherland Narum took part in the Minnesota Music Educators Association's All-State Band Concert on Saturday (Feb. 14) at Monticello High School.
MMEA’s All-State, considered the top program of its kind across the nation, develops high school musicians and school music programs.
